By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, pricing and availability accurately.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, garment production and printing processes.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify products or discontinue products without prior notice.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on our Canadian website are in Canadian dollars.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs and other charges are calculated or disclosed during checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Payment problems
Errors affecting the order
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Product Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred garment size.

Garment dimensions may vary slightly due to normal manufacturing tolerances.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom, personalized, decorated or specially produced items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, sizing, quantities, colours and other specifications where a proof or approval is requested.
Once approved, Morningstar Printing is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork or information except where caused by Morningstar Printing after approval.
Intellectual Property and Customer-Supplied Material
Customers who provide artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, wording or other material for custom printing represent that they have the necessary authorization or rights to use and reproduce that material.
Morningstar Printing may decline work that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual-property rights or violates applicable law.
All original website content, Morningstar Printing branding, graphics and other material owned by Morningstar Printing may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Payment
Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available at checkout unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Morningstar Printing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund rights that may apply under consumer-protection law.
